Overview
Our Google Business Profile integration allows you to:

Prerequisites
Before setting up the integration:
- Ensure you have admin access to your Google Business Profile
- Have your Google account credentials ready
- Make sure your business profile is verified
Setup Process
Step 1: Authorize VelvetReply
- In your VelvetReply dashboard, navigate to "Integrations"
- Click "Connect Google Business Profile"
- You'll be redirected to Google's OAuth consent screen
- Sign in with your Google account
- Grant VelvetReply the necessary permissions:
Step 2: Select Business Locations
- Choose which business locations to connect
- You can connect multiple locations if you have a chain
- Set individual settings for each location if needed

Permissions Explained
VelvetReply requests the following permissions:

- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- We never store your Google account password
